Welcome to QuickTrack. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuickTrack mobile application ("App") and related services provided by [Your Business Name] ("we," "our," or "us").

1. App Purchase and License

One-Time Purchase

Payment: QuickTrack is available for a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
Price: The purchase price is displayed in the app store at the time of purchase
Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Apple or Google, not directly by us
No Recurring Charges: This is a one-time purchase with no subscription fees or recurring charges

License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use QuickTrack on your personal devices in accordance with these Terms and the app store's terms of service.

2. Refunds and Returns

Important: Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by QuickTrack directly.

App Store Refunds: Subject to Apple's refund policy, typically within 14 days of purchase
Google Play Refunds: Subject to Google's refund policy, typically within 48 hours or 14 days depending on circumstances
Refund Process: Contact Apple or Google customer support directly for refund requests
Our Role: We cannot process refunds directly but will assist with technical issues that may warrant a refund

3. Permitted Use

You may use QuickTrack for:

Scanning shipping labels to extract tracking numbers
Tracking packages from USPS, UPS, and FedEx
Storing tracking history locally on your device
Personal, non-commercial package tracking purposes

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the App
Commercial Use: Use the App for commercial package tracking services without permission
Automated Access: Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the App
Malicious Use: Use the App to track packages you don't own or have permission to track
System Abuse: Attempt to overwhelm carrier APIs or our services
Redistribution: Share, sell, or redistribute the App or your license

5. Service Availability

Third-Party Dependencies

Carrier APIs: Tracking data depends on USPS, UPS, and FedEx APIs
OCR Service: Image processing depends on Google Cloud Vision API
Internet Connection: Most features require an active internet connection
Service Interruptions: We cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to third-party dependencies

App Updates

Free Updates: Bug fixes and minor improvements are provided free
Major Features: Significant new features may be included in updates at no additional cost
Device Compatibility: Updates may require newer device operating systems

6. Intellectual Property

App Ownership: QuickTrack and all related content are owned by us or our licensors
Trademarks: QuickTrack name and logo are our trademarks
User Content: You retain ownership of images you capture, but grant us permission to process them for OCR
Third-Party Content: Tracking data is owned by respective shipping carriers

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains:

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Accuracy

Important: QuickTrack provides tracking information "as is" from carrier APIs. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of tracking data.

Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
Liability Limit: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App
Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages

9. Termination

Your Rights: You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device
Our Rights: We may discontinue the App or block access for violations of these Terms
Effect of Termination: Your license to use the App ends, but these Terms survive termination
Data Retention: Local data remains on your device; server data is handled per our Privacy Policy

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do:

Notification: We will update the "Last Updated" date and notify users through the App
Continued Use: Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
